- Sale registered agreement (only for Maharashtra), Allotment Letter, or Stamped Agreement for Sale.
- Certificate of occupancy (for ready-to-move properties).
- Certificate of share (only for Maharashtra), bill of maintenance, bill of electricity, and property tax receipt.
- Copy of accepted plan (Xerox blueprint) and builder's registered development agreement, conveyance deed (for new property)
- Receipt of payment or statement of bank account showing all payment made to the builder/seller
- Slip of salary or certificate of salary from the last 3 months.
- Last 2 year copy of form 16 or last 2 financial year copy of IT returns, approved by IT dept.
